Hello there!  My name is Brittany and I am OBESE.  Yes.  OBESE.  It's horrifying to say that online but making a public spectacle of myself is the only way I know to curb my appetite.

I am a junk-food-junkie. Sadly, while I love munching on pizza, popcorn, Reese's Cups, and fries, I DO NOT like any veggies, except for the bad ones like corn and taters.

I am using this small internet space to help myself eat better so that I don't take up so much space.  I will post everything that I eat on a daily basis so that I will be more accountable for my actions.  If I eat 4 pieces of Kentucky Fried Chicken with a 1/2 gallon of Moose Tracks, I deserve your heckling.  But I also hope to get some encouraging words on the days that I do eat like a rabbit.

I want to be healthy but I also want to be smokin' hot.  Actually, at this point, I'd just be happy with "Lukewarm Lovely."  I am really wanting to lose weight by November 2007...I have to get my dress for my sis's wedding.

But I don't plan on stopping there...

So I'm counting on my friends and family...and complete strangers...to take a look at this page.  Maybe you have some good advice?  Maybe you just want to feel better about yourself.  Either way, feel free to peruse my most embarassing and triumphant dieting moments.  And don't give me that crap about it being a "lifestyle change."  I'm doing the best I can to make an hourly change.

What's New?

Here I might add an entry whenever I make an update to my web site.

07/09/2007 - Feeling very stupid but I started setting up my site today.

07/12/2007 - I have to go to a baby shower tonight.  Lord keep me away from the cake!

07/16/2007 - I am horrified by what I shoveled into my mouth this weekend.  I did, however, get back to -21 lbs.  I'm sure that's all changed after this weekend.

My Sister's Wedding is On 03-07-08...

"It's amazing how pervasive food is. Every second commercial is for food. Every second TV episode takes place around a meal. In the city, you can't go ten feet without seeing or smelling a restaurant. There are 20 foot high hamburgers up on billboards. I am acutely aware of food, and its omnipresence is astounding."
